Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: If your items are in stock they will ship out within 2-7 business days. If your items are on order from the manufacturer they will ship out as soon as they arrive - this may take up to 7-21 business days, in which case we will notify you via email. We are currently shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground which typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive in the continental US . If you need to receive your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and receive an estimate as to when your package should arrive.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: We're sure you'll be pleased as punch with your purchase,
but just in case you change your mind, we will gladly exchange any product(s) in brand-new condition. There are no restocking fees. Customer to pay all shipping costs involved in exchange. No cash/credit card refunds. Please use our contact form to inquire about exchanging a product and we will email you with instructions.
Q: Is shopping with SmellsAmazing.com secure?
A: Our shopping cart provider is PayPal. All of your confidential information is secured during the checkout process. Even we cannot view it!
Q: I have allergies/Asthma or I'm very sensitive - Do you have any recommendations?
A: Every situation and person's medical condition(s) are unique, so we advise you to consult your doctor if you are unsure if any product is suitable for you. With that being said, we do have many sensitive customers who seem to be quite pleased with the Traviata line of products.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: You will only be charged sales tax if your order is shipped to an address in the state of Arizona.
Q: Can you special order something for me?
A: Yes, if you would like any product offered by Aspen Bay, Capri Blue, Traviata, Pink Cottage, Illume, Bridgewater Candle Co. or Votivo that you do not see on our site, we'd be happy to place a special order for you -- Just contact us with your request!
Q: Does Smells Amazing care about the environment?
A: Yes! The candles we sell are made of eco-friendly waxes and oils and hand-poured into recycled glass jars topped with recycled, hand-pounded metal lids. We reuse and recycle all shipping materials that we receive, so don't be surprised to receive your order in 'pre-utilized' packaging!
